Delivery and return policy

AMADHAL and all its partners are committed to providing you with impeccable  products and services with unbeatable delivery times. In order to benefit from fast and trouble-free delivery, we invite you to carefully read this document.

1. Territories covered

 Delivery to Algeria

AMADHAL delivers all its products, without quantity or price conditions, to all the wilayas of the country, by offering several delivery methods. Certain municipalities, however, are not eligible for home delivery because they are considered, for the moment, by our delivery providers as inaccessible.

 International delivery

All AMADHAL’s products except art paintings, mirrors and tableware are eligible  for home delivery to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Spain, United States, France, Qatar. 

Delivery rates are based on the weight of the products, their dimensions and the destination.

International delivery is subject to prior payment, by bank transfer in the chosen currency (EUR or USD) of the total amount of the order (delivery costs included).

2. Delivery methods

Store pick up 

This delivery method is completely free, provided you pay your order online via an Edahabia or CIB, and pick up your order within 48 hours following your purchase. After this period, if you do not provide any additional information regarding the pick-up, AMADHAL can proceed to cancel your order, and reimburse you, deducting a cancellation fee of 2% of the total amount. (without exceeding 200 DZD) and to put the products you ordered back in stock.

Delivery agency  

AMADHAL provides you with an economical delivery method, which consists of receiving your order in one of the delivery agencies, located in all major cities of the country. This delivery method is exclusive to Algeria. (Click here for the full list of branches).

Home delivery

You can also get your orders delivered directly at home or at the address you provide when purchasing, in Algeria or in one of the countries mentioned above. (Click here for the 2024 price list in Algeria). International delivery remains subject to product and payment conditions, as mentioned in section 1 paragraph 2).

 3. Delivery time

Algiers

All orders made before 1 p.m are processed, shipped and delivered within the day. As for orders made after 1 p.m., they are processed the same day but shipped and delivered the next day. Unless it is a Friday, in which case orders will be delivered on Saturday.

The wilayas of northern Algeria

Orders to the northern wilayas are processed and shipped the same day, and are generally delivered within 24 hours (D+1). Unless it is a Friday, in which case orders will be delivered on Saturday.

 The wilayas of the highlands of Algeria

Orders to the highland wilayas are processed and shipped the same day, and are generally delivered within 48 hours (D+2). Unless it is a Friday, in which case orders will be delivered on Saturday.

The wilayas of southern Algeria

Orders to the southern wilayas are processed and shipped the same day, and are delivered within 48 to 72 hours (D+2/3). Unless it is a Friday, in which case delivery will be provided on Saturday.

 International shipping

International orders are processed and shipped upon payment confirmation, unless it is a Friday, they will be processed and shipped on Saturday. They are generally delivered within 7 to 10 work days in Europe, between 9 to 12 work days for Gulf countries, and between 10 to 15 work days in North America.

Delivery times depend on the distance (the closer the country is to Algeria, the faster the delivery time), on the cities (deliveries to large cities will be faster than deliveries to small ones) and the weight of the packages (the lighter the package, the quicker it will be delivered).

 4. Delivery process

 Orders from Algeria

  • When you pick the “cash on delivery” payment method when purchasing, you will get a phone call from one of the AMADHAL team members (during office hours, between 10 am and 6 pm) in order to confirm your purchase.

  • Upon confirmation of purchase, your order will be processed and shipped the same day.

  • When you pick the online payment method “via Edahabia or CIB”, your order will be processed and shipped without the need for verbal confirmation from you.

  • You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number of your package.

  • On delivery day, you will get a call from our delivery provider. Make sure you can be reached on the number you provided.

  • You will be notified by email at each stage of your order, regardless of the delivery method or payment method chosen. You can also check the delivery status of your order in real time directly from your account on our platform.

  • After 4 failed attempts to contact you to confirm your purchase (2 attempts per day, for 2 days), your order will be canceled and the products will be put back in stock. AMADHAL may also decline any future orders from you. 

  • After 3 failed attempts to contact you about the delivery (one attempt per day, for 3 days), your order will be automatically returned and canceled.  AMADHAL may also decline any future orders from you. 

 ● International orders

  • As soon as you place your order, you will get an email giving you our bank details and the steps to follow in order to pay for your purchase.

  • Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped within the day.

  • You will get a shipping confirmation email, containing the tracking number of your package.

  • You will be notified by email at each stage of your order. You can also check the delivery status of your order in real time directly from your account on our platform.

  • If you do not proceed to pay your purchase within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled and the products put back in stock. AMADHAL may also decline any future orders from you.


5. Delivery fees

Regardless of the destination, delivery method or payment method, delivery fees are paid by the customer.

In some cases, AMADHAL offers free delivery, as part of a marketing campaign, for example (loyalty program, give-aways, gift cards, etc.).

International delivery rates are calculated in DZD based on the weight of the items and the destination, and automatically converted into the chosen currency, according to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Algeria, which is updated daily.

6. Returns

AMADHAL offers you the possibility to return a product, at no additional cost, in one of the following exceptional cases: If the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not comply with your order.

Return conditions

You can return a product and get a replacement if it is not part of your order, or if a piece of clothing does not fit you.

You can return a product and get a refund if it is damaged during delivery. In this case, you must be able to prove with certainty that the product was damaged during transit, rather than after receipt.

You can return a product and get store credit in the value of the product if it is defective. You can then use your store credit to make another order.

Please note that to be offered one of the options above, you absolutely must notify AMADHAL of the incident via phone or direct message on social media or email, no later than 24 hours after receiving the package. After this period, we will not be able to take back or exchange the product.
